At Rosetta Tees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are custom-made for each order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

If your claim is validated, we will:
✅ Offer a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.
✅ Provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please note: Minor variations in color due to the printing process are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Return Policy

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Lost or Returned Orders

📦 Lost in Transit: If your package is lost, notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.

📦 Returned to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, rejection, or failure to claim the package, you will need to place a new order. In some cases, we may refund the product cost for the re-ordered item, but you will be responsible for shipping fees.
